Ryan Sommers

System Director, Health Information Exchange and Interoperability for CommonSpirit Health

Ryan has responsibilities for health information exchange activities across the organization which includes 142 hospitals and over 700 care sites in 21 states nationwide. He has also served in a Population Health Management leadership role at CommonSpirit Health. Prior to joining the organization, Ryan worked for the State of Arizona Governor’s Office leading the planning, budgeting, and implementation of the HITECH HIE grant awarded to the State of Arizona. Ryan is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology.
