Access to your records empowers you to better coordinate care with your providers and health plans, while also ensuring the accuracy of your health information.
HealtHIE Nevada has partnered with Selfii, a secure, cutting-edge patient identity verification and records access service, to provide a simple and safe way for you to access and share your health data. This includes information we have received from your providers, hospitals, health plans, and other healthcare organizations that share information for permitted purposes under HIPAA, or as required by state or federal law.
Selfii uses CLEAR® to verify your identity and ensure that the person requesting access to your health information is indeed you. Before using this service, we encourage you to review the Selfii and CLEAR® privacy policies.
